Flocks of foodies and wine enthusiasts (such as myself) traveled to picturesque Pebble Beach, California for Pebble Beach Food & Wine.
I attended the Lexus Grand Tasting Event and had a spectacular time sipping, swirling, and sampling the delicious culinary concoctions! The event included over 300 wines from top-notch producers from around the world and 30 top celebrity chefs.
Being a rosé enthusiast, I was excited to discover Miraval there in addition to sparkling wine labels that I was not originally familiar with such as the Le Grand Courtage. I love their blinged out bottles made by Champagne Bisou.
My favorite bite was by Salt & Straw ice cream maker, Tyler Malek. It was a dessert that included sweet corn bread, sour cream gelato, lemon maple butter, blueberries, and basil. It was delicioso and a perfect Spring treat!
Being a sriracha lover, I was excited to see that Lexus designed a vehicle inspired by the famous chili sauce – the Sriracha IS. From it’s Sriracha-Injected Steering Wheel to Sriracha Temperature Settings that go from cool to Sriracha hot, approximately 85 degrees – it’s quite spicy!
