Diving into the soft linens and plush down bedding on my luxurious king bed was delightful! I sank into overstuffed chairs by the roaring fireplace with fine wine and cheese in hand. The bathroom is very spacious and has a deep-soaking Jacuzzi tub for two and separate shower. Very cool how the hardwood floors are from an old whiskey distillery, there is lots of character and charm everywhere you turn!
In the morning, I meandered through the property’s lush landscape and made it in time for a delicious breakfast! Breakfast includes items such as egg sandwiches, homemade waffles, yogurt parfaits, fresh fruit, etc. A coffee cake from Bella’s Bakery & Cafe in downtown Calistoga was served and it was too delicious! After breakfast, I grabbed a bike and cruised through town. There are so many fun things to see and do!
