When in Napa Valley, visit William Hill Estate Winery located in the heart of the Silverado Bench. I visited the winery to experience the Estate Tasting Flight. The flight includes the winery’s daily selection of estate grown wines, including current releases and occasional library selections. It was accompanied by William Hill’s estate grown Extra Virgin Olive Oil, fresh bread, cheese, and almonds. I enjoyed the ambiance of the winery – sitting outside on large white adirondack chairs and sipping on fantastic wine while taking in stunning views of vineyards.
The staff was very friendly, informative, and I enjoyed learning about the William Hill way of winemaking.
