BEAUTY LOOK
PRESENTATION
Mix ’60s glamour and modern streetwear and you have 5:31 Jérôme A/W 2016. Designer, Jérôme LaMaar was inspired by mystics and musicians. From lavish blue furs to embellished Swarovski crystal jeans, these pieces are for the glamorous, not the minimalist!
The beauty look had a sixty’s flair with a modern touch. Ammon Carver, Global Creative Director of L’ANZA Healing Haircare created a Bardot-esque hair style, keeping Bardot’s signature fullness at the crown and curling the hair underneath very loosely. MAC Senior Artist, Victor Cembellin created a “luxurious urban doll” inspired makeup look. The eyes caught my attention, a mesmerizing purple-blue smoky eye and individual lashes, adding a doll like quality. For nails, Dermelect Lead Manicurist, Rose Velez-Miggins, applied pointy nails and painted them them a sparkly black color.
