Women, Inspiration and Enterprise (WIE) Symposium is an inspiring global annual conference designed to empower the future generation of women. I was able to hear from some of the most dynamic leaders in business, fashion, philanthropy, politics, and entertainment. Some of the panelists included Celebrity Tyra Banks, Executive Editor of Harpers Bazaar Laura Brown, and designer Catherine Malandrino who participated in discussions designed to inspire social change and furnish women with the tools they need for success. Nadja Swarovski, Swarovski Executive Board Member, was one of the hosts for the two-day event along with talk show host Katie Couric. Nadja symbolizes this years theme “The Female Advantage”, a motive that is all about playing to your strengths and staying authentic. Nadja is a motivated and incredible leader whose dedication to Swarovski has continued her family’s tremendous success. As a strong humanitarian, she also founded the Swarovski Foundation in 2013, reinforcing Daniel Swarovski’s commitment to giving within the community and in the wider realms of the environment, health, arts and culture. Nadja is an inspiration to us all!
