Holborn Dining Room at Rosewood London reopened for outdoor dining on April 12th and boy, it sure tasted good to dine out again! The restaurant added a seasonal twist by partnering with the renowned whisky brand, Macallan, transforming their terrace into a lush sanctuary.
I indulged in a chicken, chestnut mushroom and tarragon pie topped with chicken gravy. My boyfriend, Matthew had a hand raised pork pie featuring pork shoulder, smoked bacon, fennel seed, and sage. Each of us were very happy with our choices and had a hard time sharing our pies with one another! 🙂
We sipped on a whisky sour and Manhattan both featuring Macallan. I have to say, the whisky sour is one of the best I’ve ever had.
The Macallan Manor House at Rosewood London will take place for another six months, but be sure to make a reservation well in advance. Seating is limited and a tables are highly sought after.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and look forward to visiting again – hopefully around May 17th once the hotel reopens for overnight stays!
Yay for the lockdown gradually getting lifted! Looks like you picked a winner! The Rosewood looks lovely and the food, decadent. Look forward to visiting London once the hotels open for overnight stays.
What a beautiful write-up and imagery, thank you for sharing your experience at Rosewood London.
