If you’re looking for a luxurious weekend in Dallas, look no further than The Ritz-Carlton. It’s the hotel that A-listers flock to when in town and the staff certainly provides the royal treatment to all guests. Roll up to nearby engagements in a Maybach – a stylish ride with a chauffeur is complimentary for all guests!
When walking into the hotel, the first thing you’ll notice is the immaculate flower display. Throughout my stays at Ritz-Carlton properties around the country, I’ve come to notice that picture perfect flower displays in the lobby are a Ritz-Carlton signature!
Shortly after settling into my suite, Room Service brought a lovely fruit bowl and bottle of S.Pellegrino to enjoy. In addition, a bottle of Justin wine and a thoughtful note. The warm welcome made me feel comfortable and right at home!
If you want to go big in the Big D, stay in The Ritz-Carlton Suite. It features a spacious living room and master bedroom with a walk-in closet, full master bath, and panoramic city views!
The dining room is perfect for entertaining in style! There’s a kitchen with a separate service entrance and a dedicated Concierge to attend to your every need.
If you feel like going out, head downstairs to Fearing’s Restaurant for a stellar cocktail and satisfying meal! Celebrity chef, Dean Fearing, known as the “Father of Southwest Cuisine” even stopped by our table to say hello!
We sipped on:
Dean’s Signature Margarita Dean’s Hand Selected Avion Reposado Tequila, Damiana Liqueur, Agave Nectar, Fresh Lime Juice
Flower Child Absolut Elyx Vodka, Pear Purée, Sparkling Rosé, Orange & Peach Reduction, Fresh Lemon Juice
We dined on:
Maple/Black Peppercorn Soaked Buffalo Tenderloin on Brazos Valley Jalapeno Grits, Tangle of Greens & Butternut Squash Taquito with Smoky Chili Sauce
Prime Beef Filet & Chicken Fried Maine Lobster on Loaded Whipped Potatoes & Soft Spinach Taco with Smoked Tomato Gravy
Spiced Pumpkin Tart on Gingersnap Crust with Whipped Azelia Chocolate & Cranberry Crème Fraiche Swirled Ice Cream
Granny Fearing’s Banana Pudding with Toasted Meringue & Cinnamon Sugar Beignets
Everything was delicious and we actually ended up eating at Fearing’s Restaurant two nights in a row!
After a lively evening, put yourself in zen mode the following morning at The Ritz-Carlton’s 12,000-square-feet spa. Signature treatments have a Texas flare, such as Dean’s Margarita Salt Glow. The spa is praised by both locals and guests!
After, spend a couple hours lounging at the pool. There are luxurious cabanas that guests can reserve.
It was my first time visiting Dallas and The Ritz-Carlton was the perfect place to stay as it’s in a convenient location and near the city’s most popular attractions. Think legendary Ritz-Carlton service paired with wonderful amenities, luxurious accommodations, and award-winning cuisine – sounds wonderful, right?
Great spot! Great location! Great service!
Pure luxury! Everything looks perfect!
