During my visit, I had the pleasure of experiencing a delightful lunch at Jasmine Porch, a dining establishment that epitomizes the essence of Lowcountry cuisine. To kick off my lunch at Jasmine Porch, I indulged in the “Sage Before Beauty” cocktail. This concoction was a blend of Hat Trick Gin, St. Germain Elderflower liqueur, sage simple syrup, and fresh lemon juice. It was a work of mixology art, balancing the herbal and citrusy notes with a touch of sweetness. Sipping on this refreshing elixir with its intriguing combination of flavors set the tone for a memorable meal.
For my main course, I selected “Lunch on the Porch,” a delightful ensemble that encapsulated the essence of Lowcountry cuisine. The dish included a crab cake slider, a roasted beet salad, a bowl of she-crab bisque, and a medley of fresh fruit. My boyfriend, Matthew had the fried chicken sandwich and was quite happy with his choice!
